Description : | This family Holiday house is ideal for 6 tenants. Situated in the quiet neighborhood - Fraaiuitsig. Safe area 7-10 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk to the nature reserve walk. Distance to nearest shopping Centre 1km to PnPay, Pizza Shop, Pharmacy, Fish & Tackle shop, ATM & Petro Garage 2.4 km to Little Brak Beach Park and river mouth. 8.6 km to Hartenbos 19 km to Mosselbay CBD 13 km to Diaz Waterpark & Beach The house has the following to offer: The entrance level to the house offers a wooden Deck that leads to the front door. There is a living room, dining area, a built-in braai, and a bar area. The bay doors at the braai open up to a beautiful view of the mountains and the Little Brak River. There is a guest toilet on this level. Entrance to the house can also be through the double garage, the garage houses the washing machine and the drier. The three bedrooms and Kitchen are on the bottom level of the house leading down with steps to the second family room, kitchen, and a deck area with an outside built braai and garden furniture. The kitchen offers the following; Fridge/Freezer Fridge Microwave Toaster Kettle Electric 3-plate stove. Crockery & Cutlery All equipped needed for a holiday. Two bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms - Bath, toilet & basin The third bathroom has a shared bathroom - Shower, toilet & Basin The 2nd family room downstairs has a flat-screen TV, no DSTV, please bring your own decoder, smart card, remote, and cables(power & LNB cable. WIFI available The family room has bay doors that walk out onto a deck, leading from the deck to the garden via stairs are a garden with a swing and a trampoline for enjoyment. The yard is fully enclosed This house is pet friendly, but only two small dogs(Yorkies, Poodles etc). Medium/Large dogs, only 1 allowed. This is a smoke-free house - No smoking allowed on the premises. Prepaid electricity - 10 units a day will be loaded before arrival, thereafter tenants need to purchase their own electrical units at any Spar, PicknPay, online, or any Petrol garages. |
