The apartment is semi furnished. The apartment offers the following: Main bedroom with a queen-size bed & en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom - single bed Both rooms have built-in cupboards The second bathroom is a full bathroom The open plan kitchen living area offers the following: Semi equipped kitchen, all crockery & utensils, kettle, toaster, 2 plate stove oven combo, Microwave. Antique Lounge suit and a dining table. NO Fridge, please use own fridge. DSTV connection, please use your own TV & decoder, smartcard & remote control Outside braai. Covered parking in front of owner's garage. No washing machine -Tenant must use their own washing machine, as connections are available in the owner's laundry for a second washing machine with access to the laundry. No tumble drier will be allowed. No linen, cushions, and duvet inners will be supplied - Please use your own. No towels are available - Please use your own.
