Description :	This beach front house with it's own walkway to the beach is ideal for the family that wants to share accommodation. The house has the following to offer. Top level: Open plan kitchen, family room and dining area. This area has a beautiful view of the Ocean with a sliding door leading out onto the deck. The outside braai faces Glentana Heights. There is also two bedrooms and a sharing bathroom on this level. BEDROOM 1:Main bedroom has a full ocean view, with a sliding door that leads out onto the front Deck of the house. The two rooms shares a bathroom that has a shower & basin. The toilet is separate from the bathroom and serves as the guest toilet aswell. BEDROOM 2: Has a view of Glentana Heights. From the open plan area is the stairs that leads down to the other bedrooms and flat area with a kitchen. LOWER LEVEL: Entrance to the house is through the back courtyard into the flat area. The flat's kitchen has a gas stove, breakfast table, Fridge/freezer. The flat area sleeps 5 BEDROOM 3:1 Queen bed & 3 single beds, an tv for children to play games on. Exiting the flat area through the laundry room that houses the washing machine, tumble drier and a third fridge/freezer. Entering into a foyer, this foyer leads you to the next 3 bedrooms and the stairs to the top level. Bedroom 4:Has the following to offer a Double bunk bed with a small en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5: has 2 x 3/4 beds and a double sleeper couch, this room has a beautiful view of the ocean and built in cupboards. Bedroom 6:has a queen size bed with a single bed for a small child. This room has built in cupboards and a beautiful view of the ocean with a sliding door that leads out to the secluded beach walkway. The second full bathroom is just outside this bedroom, the bathroom has a shower, basin & bath. Seperate toilet. All linen supplied but bring your own towels. Full Dstv available on the 1st level of the house. Alarm system with outside beams. Pets allowed x 2 small breeds only maximum knee high No Smoking in the house.
