Description :	This neat self catering holiday house is situated in Fraaiuitsig near the PnP Centre. The house leads up to the front entrance that has a sliding door and security door, the open plan living room has a flat screen TV & Full DSTV, leather lounge suit and a dining room table & chairs seating 6. The kitchen is very neat and has a microwave, electric stove, Fridge freezer, slow cooker, toaster and a scullery. In the dining room area is a door that can be used as an entrance/exit if you do not want to unlock the security door, Sliding door & curtains, this is an easy access point. The two bedrooms has double beds with built in cupboards. The Main bedroom has an en-suite shower, toilet & basin. There is also a TV in the main bedroom (TV-Full DSTV). Leading out of the kitchen is the courtyard that has a "Boma" area with concrete garden furniture, there is also a veranda with a built in braai and a table & bench garden furniture - seats 6. There is a small bar(Man Cave)that seats 3 at the bar and a TV-Full DSTV, a bar fridge and the washing machine. WI-FI available. Please bring your own towels. NO CHILDREN , NO PETS, NO SMOKING
