Description :	Exclusive use holiday home - rooms are not seperately let. Set in the mountain area above Franschhoek with the village 5 minutes away by car. Franschhoek is known as the gourmet capital of South Africa and abounds in a number of restaurants and bistros. Ther are numerous wine estates with tasting rooms & restaurants. Amenities :	Main Bedroom en suite with laptop safe. 2 Twin bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities. Open plan lounge, dining room & fully equipped kitchen. Fireplace & undefloor heating. Satellite TV in lounge only. Outside gas barbeque - no fires allowed due to the forest area. Swimming Pool - unheated. Garage & parking outside for addtional vehicle. Electric fencing (at a distance) surrounds the area. Armed response.

Direction :	From the Huguenot Monument turn left, pass Haute Cabriere Restaurant on your left, pass La Petite Ferme B&B on your right. 50 metres further on turn left into the entrance to Laubade Estate. Someone will meet you there to introduce you to the Cottage.
