	Accommodation Description
Description :	Our guest house is in the heart of the Constantia valley, a beautiful upmarket area in the southern suburbs of Cape Town famous for it's world-reknowned vineyards. Waterford offers relaxed country living and yet is centrally located for most tourist attractions. We have two self-catering flats, one is very spacious, the other is smaller but equally comfortable, and we also have a beautiful B&B suite. All three flats have their own separate entrances and patios and are a short walk from each other across the lawn/patio. GUINEA FOWL, POOLSIDE, SELF-CATERING - sleeps 4 "Guinea Fowl" is our larger poolside garden flat with spectacular mountain views. It is very comfortable, spacious (80sq mts) and fully equipped for self-catering. There is a large open plan lounge with space for up to 6 - 8 persons to be comfortably seated plus a real log fireplace for those cooler Cape winter evenings, a dining area and well equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a queen size double bed, a full bathroom and separate shower room. PADDA PLEK, SELF-CATERING - sleeps 2 "Padda Plek" is our smaller one bedroomed flat, it is very private, comfortable and fully equipped for self-catering. It has a separate entrance, open plan lounge/kitchen, separate bedroom with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom. SUNBIRD SUITE, B & B - sleeps 2 "Sunbird" is our Bed and Breakfast suite. It has a private entrance with a garden aspect and spectacular mountain views, spacious bedroom with a king bed or two single beds, dressing area and full en suite bathroom. There is a fridge, microwave, toaster and tea/coffee facilities (but no kitchen). A delicious home-cooked breakfast is optional on request. o Private patio with secure parking directly outside each flat. o Each flat has Satellite DSTV, a DVD player, and ADSL internet access. o Large solar heated swimming pool with covered braai (BBQ) and patio. o The flats are serviced daily with the exception of Sundays and public holidays. o Bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided but we do ask our guests to please provide their own beach towels. o A safe, hairdryer, fans and wall heaters in each flat. o Laundry service available. o Babysitting available. o Initial grocery stock up service offered, guests pay as per till slip. o Airport collection, car rental, taxi service and guided tours arranged on request. o We accept credit card payments through PayPal, or a direct electronic fund transfer (EFT).
